Right now I’m focused on these things:

  1. I’m co-leading the Institutional Privacy Task Force (IPTF) at the Ethereum Foundation.

Lately this has meant building and writing about privacy-preserving systems on Ethereum, especially privacy of writes, explicit trust models, and the boundary between privacy for institutions and privacy from institutions.

Recent work includes DIY Validium: Private Logic on Public Rails, Resilient Plural Identity (with Aaryamann), and the ETHCC Cannes 2026 talk Privacy for Institutions, Privacy from Institutions.

  1. More broadly, I’m interested in programmable cryptography, privacy, identity, and sovereignty; see e.g. zkintro.com.
